St. John’s Council on Aging – Caregivers Resources Forum

St John’s Council on Aging would like to extend an invitation to you to a Caregivers Resources Forum on Dec 2nd from 9:30 to 2:00 at the Flagler building in Nocatee: 315 Town Center. This forum will provide much needed information on the resources available to families who are caring for seniors with mild cognitive impairment.
